Brad Rooks, Founder & Advisor
Brad Rooks founded RWA with a mission to empower individuals, families, and businesses to take control of their financial futures. With almost 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Brad leads RWA with a simple belief: financial advice should be clear, honest, and centered around your goals. Brad understands the tremendous responsibility he has to clients and acts as a Fiduciary with all his client relationships. As a fee-only advisor, Brad and his Team do not take commissions and only make recommendations based on what is best for the client.
As the Owner and Founder of RWA, Brad wears many hats, but his primary focus is working with individuals and families to help plan for the next phase of life. Whether it be planning for retirement or planning for the next generation, Brad works with clients to develop tax‑efficient strategies that accomplish those goals. He also understands the unique challenges that individual business owners face and works closely with clients to develop strategic plans that align personal and business goals—whether it’s optimizing company 401(k) plans, managing business transitions, investing surplus profits, or preparing for retirement.
When not working with clients, you will most likely find Brad doing anything that involves the outdoors. He is an avid fisherman, sports enthusiast, and enjoys woodworking. As a father of two children, he is involved in all their activities. He is a graduate of Auburn University and an active member of the alumni association. Brad places his Christian faith above all and uses that to guide his business, family, and relationships.
Drew White, Investment Advisor Representative
Drew White brings a strong foundation in finance, leadership, and client service to his role as Investment Advisor Representative at Rooks Wealth Advisors. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Drew graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in May 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science.
Drew holds several key industry credentials, including the SIE, Series 6, Series 63, Series 65, and a Life and Health Insurance License in the state of Tennessee. Prior to joining Rooks Wealth Advisors, he worked as an Investment Advisor Representative and Broker‑Dealer Agent at Tristate Financial Advisors, gaining hands‑on experience in investment strategy and fiduciary responsibility.
Outside of work, Drew enjoys staying active through working out, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking.
